Ingredients:

500g Chicken wings

1tsp Szechuan salt
2tbsp rice flour

Spring Onions finely chopped
Chilli finey chopped with seeds

Seseme seeds

Sauce

1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp light soy sauce 
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar

 

Method:

Toss the wings in 1tsp Szechuan salt and 2tbsp rice flour

Pre-heat the air fryer at 180 air fry
Put the wings in and spray over some oil
Cook for 15min
Shake
Cook for another 10min
Add in sliced spring onion and chilli

Heat all the sauce ingredents
Put the wings, spring onion, chilli, any fat and the sauce into a big bowl and stir to coat
Pop into a pretty bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds
